A threshold signature is another signature for a group of people. Threshold signatures use linear secret sharing to enable any t out of n potential signers to sign a message. Threshold signatures enable fine-grained and efficient control of funds by distributing the ability to spend the funds among a set of parties. A threshold signature hides the set of t signers that participated in the signature.
