The Findora Foundation is proud to announce its latest grantee: Land, Labor, and Capitol, or LLC.

As the name suggests, LLC is a tycoon-style game where you can buy, sell, and manage the assets you create. The game merges investing with gameplay, and players will be able to create in-game companies with sellable stock. The pre-alpha is already live on Polygon’s testnet and will soon be live on Findora’s testnet as well.

The LLC game capitalizes on Findora’s zero-knowledge technology to balance privacy with a distributed, auditable state.

One of the primary challenges we faced as a blockchain-powered game was balancing user privacy expectations with the need for an auditable game state…that’s when we discovered Findora’s innovative system of Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP) for privacy protection, coupled with EVM functionality. This unique combination has proven to be the optimal solution, empowering us to effortlessly offer the desired user privacy while ensuring transparency and auditability.

Developer from the LLC Team

We’re big believers that zero-knowledge and Web3 gaming are a match made in Web3 heaven. Web3 gamers are discovering just how vulnerable their identities are, and zk is a way for game developers to give them the privacy they expect. Tycoon LLC recognized the opportunity and has taken it to create a game that promises to be fun and engaging for a wide community.

Becoming the next Land, Labor, and Capitol Tycoon

LLC is a part of NetherworldDAO, a community that has also put together a DogeChain yield protocol called hellhound.dog. The Land, Labor, and Capitol game, however, is their newest contribution to Web3 gaming (And yes, that is “capitol,” not “capital.” To learn more, you’ll have to follow them or join their community!)

Netherworld DAO has launched both the LLC Game and Hellhound.dog.

Hellhound.dog is a long-term yield protocol on DogeChain.

The tycoon framework for games is one of the most popular and addictive categories. A key part of their attractiveness is that they allow players to contribute to building a new world at the level of commitment they desire. For example, you can simply buy in-game stock, hold land you believe will appreciate, or actively manage and build your own business empire. You call the shots in this world.

Once you buy property in-game, you can develop it into apartments, stores, and companies that can earn you a real profit. You’ll be able to sell all these assets in the game’s built-in marketplace. Players get to work together to build the virtual world they want with real-world benefits.

The LLC team expects to be live on Findora in Q3 of 2023.

Innovative Solutions to Inflation

Many similar games suffer from runaway inflation without the constraints of the real world. LLC is pioneering two solutions to ensure the world players build will be sustainable.

To prevent the game’s native token, $LLC, from losing value relative to game assets, the developers have implemented “Asset Decomposition.” With asset decomposition, assets cannot be created out of thin air; instead, they must be “decomposed” from a partner asset that is added to the treasury. This ensures that the game’s supply and demand mechanics match those of a finite world with scarce resources.

Another way tycoon games commonly experience inflation is in the value of their tokens against USD. To solve that problem, LLC has developed a vault system. When new $LLC tokens are created from $USDC, the $USDC goes into a yield-bearing vault, where a portion of the yield is used to buy back the $LLC. By reducing the supply, vaults create permanent deflationary pressure without using any of the original USDC.

About Findora

Findora is a Layer-1 protocol delivering zero-knowledge solutions to Web3.

Findora integrates two ledgers into a single chain: an EVM ledger for interoperability and a UXTO ledger optimized for zk operations. This dual-layer architecture lets Findora encrypt blockchain data for programmable transparency and public use. By providing new use cases, Findora’s zk tech prepares Web3 for real-world adoption.

We appreciate our developers and would love to onboard you to the Findora ecosystem. Please reach out, and join our social channels for more.
